One of the biggest problems people seem to be a weight loss diet is a variety of foods that do not eat. Not to mention, the selection of food products are no longer going to allow to eat. Some unbalanced diets (e.g. low carb), this may be true.

The biggest fear  with people have is they get tired and / or bored eating the same food eating again and again .Some people can even say that it is impossible to always eat the even get healthy food every day for a long period without either dropping the diet or simply crazy. Regular exercise

At home, the gym or play sports, participate in two-building activities and aerobic fitness on a regular basis. Not only the exercise itself burns calories, but your body will burn calories at a higher rate, even when you have finished the exercise. If walking is all you can do, so go because it is good for you. But muscle burns more calories than fat, so put a little muscle, if you can and you will burn some more calories just sitting there and looks good. But do not sit for long time. Adjustable gastric Lap- band



Adjustable Gastric Lap-Band is a group of hollow sylastic. The band is placed around the upper 3rd of the stomach to create a small pouch  in stomach that initially can hold two ounces of food, and can accommodate up to four to six ounces. Creating this small stomach space on the upper part of the stomach leads to a prolonged feeling of fullness because the nerves that signal the brain when you are full are located in the upper portion of stomach. Attached to the band is a tube that ends with a port attached to the muscles of abdomen in below the ribs.
